Who doesn’t love a good seafood arepa!?
- 2 swordfish steaks (7 ounces each)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1/2 tbsp Tabasco
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Place fish in a greased baking dish; sprinkle with salt. Combine lemon juice, garlic and Tabasco, set aside.
- Bake, uncovered, 15-20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork, basting occasionally. After the fish is cooked, place in a bowl and shred with two forks, mix in the Tabasco mix.
- Enjoy with your arepa.
